It's a very good product..as it helped me out of that irritation , itchiness and redness around my nose and chin (i.e.perioral dermatitis) as after the medication of doctor ..it was gone but after sometimes it came back again ... and by using this I need no medication for my perioral dermatitis...it s a very good moisturizer also for combination skin type like me...but it will work if u only cleanse ur face daily with a good cleanser which exfoliate ur dead skin sellls..
