Half the strips were dry or either the wax was missing . Last order was fine so I repeated the order . But it was seems old lot sent as the strips wax had dried up so double the strips were used , both boxes got used for legs and arms this time .

The product is having worst chemical or wax when we applying that the wax is stick to our skin very badly also not remove the hair ...I'm literally disappointed this product and advise to not buy this product don't waste your money.

This is a product for sensitive skin, it is pretty mild. The wax is easy to remove. It is easy to use this product and has been of great help to me during the pandemic. I am not visiting parlours due to covid and thus this product was a godsend.
