I think it is useless to write, and maybe, the customer care people won't even read it. But, still here it goes. Both the Olay Creams were half-empty, with finger marks. How do I know that some of your employees have not applied the cream on their faces before packaging?? This is a downright disgusting and unprofessional attitude. Shame on you..Should I discontinue using Silkrute, huh?? You give Rs. 43.00 discount on each cream and this is how you make up for the discounted amount, right??I will not attach any photos of the product, because you will say, that I have used it before writing this feedback. Think whatever you want. It's up to you.Atleast, ask your employees to show some respect to their work and correct their attitude, and I hope this kind of thing does not happen again. Disappointed!
