Advantages
These bars are lesser in quantity for the price. All three flavor bars taste equally good but for me I loved the Yogurt one and the Apricot flavor is my least fav among the three. I was surprised to see that the yogurt and the choco flavor are actually a thick layer at one side of the bar. I wish the flavor was on two sides and the protein bar is sandwiched between. You seriously would feel the yogurt flavor and the choco flavor. Apricot bar is different. It has no layers. For a 30 grams solid bar 150kcal and choco being 170kcal are just about at right levels. These bars are harder at initial bite and chewing too. Hardness is like taking a bite of 2 Oreos together and chewing them.

Good stuff and perfect evening snack. Avoid if you are tooth less or have weak tooth.
