Quite a tasty bar (tastes like Twix) and not extremely sweet unlike many others. Contains milk chocolate so having this regularly might not be advisable unless someone has a very physically active lifestyle. Reducing one star because given 20g protein per bar, it doesn't feel as filling as Ritebite Max Protein bars which are at almost similar price.

Although they are high in calories, and not efficient, they taste great.... the best protein bar I've ever had. I've tried over 20 brands: from yogabar to phab to some imported bars as well. This is by far the best Pro tip: Find someone to share the bar with, it makes the cals drop to 167,.while still giving you 10 gms of protein

I was thinking to buy but I just checking the Ingredients Label and found KINDS of SUAGR and VEGETABLES-Oil. so I don't recommend this product for daily use. And if anyone is serious for his/her health ALWAYS CHECK/READ INGREDIENTS LABLE PROPERLY. 1 star bcuz it is necessary to post this review.
