The Almond and oats variant is slightly better in a way that it has more protein. This snack bar is a better option than the other variants since it has about 3.7 gms of protein. As compared to only 2 gms in other flavors. The crunch of almond is there in the bar. There are a lot of artificial flavoring and fillers to make it chewy and of course a lot of sugar as well. Still baffles me that the brand tries to push such things as healthy and a lot of people believe it at first glance. Please try to avoid such bars. Not recommended if you're looking for a healthy snack

It's ok in taste and quality seems ok but it doesn't worth more than 200 for pack of 12, naturals have much better taste and nuts per bar ratio.

Not value for money it's almost tasteless .. better to avoid this at all cost, even if you are getting a deal I will suggest to avoid it.
