Been ordering this for a few month for my son who dont take proetien powder but do workouts. Its a healthy bar and keeps you energized. It doesn't give you a bulk if energy but its a gud starter to eat before you go to gym if you do only moderate workouts. Flavour is kinda okay.. Cranberry tastes like medicine.. Other than that the flavours are pretty much okay.. Don't go for it if you are looking for very tasty breakfast.. Its a good protein bar with no added sugar or preservative but still tasty

Ideal snack for breakfast or when you are really hungry. The taste is not great, but it it’s not bad too. You get 6 bars in one box, but they have 4 flavours. So you get a repeat of 2 flavours. The nutrition value is good. Not very ideal for people who are into extensive workouts. Might serve them as a supplementary snack. But good for those are not regular in exercise. Overall, it is value for money.

Its not too bad, its not too great. Will probably not buy the box again but might pickup singular bars here & there if there's nothing better/healthier available. Taste can be very subjective, I would recommend you to give it a shot to see if you feel differently.
