The wrappers and the names of the flavors are so tempting that one suddenly get attracted. Every label like contents, flavors, etc are mentioned on the box as well as the on the wrappers of the protein bars also.>>> The prime ingredients are whole grains, millets, nuts, seeds, honey and dates with some flavors. No added harmful artificial sweetners are present, only natural sweetness is present. Only clean and necessary ingredients are present.>>> 1 Box contains 10 bars with flavors like nuts & seeds crunch,cashew orange zest, chocolate chunk nut, vanilla almond, peanut butter, etc. Each bar is of wt 38g which is sufficient to take care of hunger pangs between meals or after a workout, but it is not an alternative to a meal. Who doesn't love a snack while working for hours on your desk.I love snacks and always munch on them every now and then.However most snacks are oily with fats and bad for health.YogaBars really helped me bridge the gap between health and snacks.Most protein bars are dry and tastes bad. Not the case with YogaBars. I have been munching on them for over 2 weeks.I am in love with the bars. There are 10 bars in this assorted pack of 7 flavors.My favorites are the coffee zing and Peanut butter. Other flavors are good too.I advise buy this pack and try their flavors, when settled get their pack of 6 of that particular flavor.I not only love the flavor but it also keeps me full and cravings. The bars are full of fibers and natural ingridents. You can have both a tasteful experience and healthy experience at the same time. The price is very reasonable and it will definitely be useful for everyone who love snacks.You can see in the photos, it sits on my desk so that I am close to a snack for my cravings that too a healthy one.I easily advise you to try this once and thank me later for the advise.

I have ordered this bar as the brand i usually buy was out of stock. But i find out it is better than that. I dont want to reveal name of the other brand s its good too and don't want any negativity for that brand but this is undoubtedly better with the best prices. Best for travellers and people with tight schedules. If sometimes you don't get time for your meal just have this one and and you are good to go. Highly recommended.

It's difficult to get decent snack/healthy bars that are not either loaded in sugar or artificial sweetener. Yoga bar has a mild pleasant fragrance that is also reasonably tasty. It's whole grain based, so the texture may not be as smooth as you have with the bars with refined grains but I think that adds to the flavor.Overall - it's good value for money and worth having a few in your backpack for a quick healthy snack.
