I miss the Kind and Cliff bars sold in the US. Yogabars are the closest that come to them in terms of ingredients. They're definitely the 'cleanest' bars in the Indian market. I wish they were a bit easier to chew.From a technical perspective — They're gluten-free and more importantly don't have trans-fat. They're also big on clean: No additives or processed sugar. It may not matter to everyone but it's more about a lifestyle choice for some of us. They also do the whole 'superfood' buzzword compatible - Chia, oats, all sorts of seeds, dry fruits etc.I've tried most other bars on the market. I've noticed that there are two kinds of people — Either you just want something chocolatey to eat that passes off for a cereal bar (think all those processed cereal boxes full of sugar in supermarket) or the ones who are very careful about their health. I fall into the latter category and my review is for this crowd.I travel a lot and they're the a good alternative if you after a) A real breakfast b) Actual fruits. I used to carry some dry fruits always with me. I now carry a few bars with me all the time. These are not a workout product though as you need a stronger protein profile (I consume their protein bars as a pre workout snack. They have 20g protein)This market is slowly getting more competitive and hopefully all players will up their game even more. I'm still crossing my fingers for the One True Bar which has better texture. Till that time these are the next best thing.Summary - If you, like me, care about the ingredients that you eat then by far the best bars out there.

? The bars came in a box of 10 bars, each of 38 grams each. The bars are sealed air-tight in regular chocolate wrappers? As per the printed information, these bars are rich in macro nutrients and carbohydrates that help to keep us tide a full day? There were these flavours- Chocolate & Nut, Cardamom & Coconut, Vanilla & Almond, Coffee, Orange & Cashew, Nuts & Seeds, Peanut & Butter- Orange & Cashew flavoured bar has got oats, honey, dates, cashew, cranberry, almond, chia seeds, amaranth, and orange Oil as ingredients- Vanilla & Almond has oats, honey, dates, almond, sesame, honey, chia seeds, amaranth and cinnamon- Nuts and seeds has oats, honey, dates, almond, cashew, amaranth, chia seeds, flax, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame and watermelon seeds- Peanut Butter has oats, honey, dates, peanut butter, amaranth, chia Seeds and almond- Chocolate & Nut has oats, honey, dates, cashew, cocoa, almond, chai seeds and dark chocolate? There is no preservatives added as claimed by the manufacturer and hence the shelf slife is very limited which is only three months? The bars are also free from dairy & soya and does not contain refined sugar as well. These are also a good source of fiber with around 4 to 4 grams of protein with 150 to 170 calories per serving. ? The bars also have a good percentage of healthy fats like Omega 3 and 6 and antioxidants? If you have this in your bag and are conscious that you have this, it may help you to keep away from junk food whenever you have that craving for snacks. This can also be a replacement for a missed meal once in a while? I paid Rs.330 for the box which comes to Rs.33 per bar which I think is an affordable price. I rate FIVE stars.

I purchased these yoga bar as i was searching for something which is good as well as healthy. This is a vegetarian product (as i am vegetarian). I like the way they are made. they contain whole grain, nuts and seed. so you can call them healthy chocolates.@25-30% whole grains. oats and amaranth. honestly speaking some flavour tastes very unique. if you are a health consious person them you will definitely lobe all of them .@they contains almonds , cashews and peanuts. so obviously a perfect blend of goodness.@one thing that i like most that no vorn syrup or artificial sweetners are used. they are focusing on long term health of the consumer.(this increase respect )@the total weight is 381 grams. the pack contains 10 pack of different flavourflavours provided-•nuts and seed crunch•cashew orange zest•chocolate chunk nuts•vanilla almond•peanut butterfinal verdict-as i am very health consious so will suggest you to try once. overall tase is little bit unique. you will experience a whole new type of snack.
