Yes, The Molasses content is less but whatever is there, it works. Boosts metabolism for sure and energises as well. I have no idea about the long term benefits but the internet says they are good.Packaging is awful and mine was no exception. Out of the two bottles, one is leaking and the other has a broken cap. No love lost here as the contents have not spilled out that much but this needs to be addressed and corrected.

Good product if you wish to reap the benefits of blackstrap molasses and looking for sugar alternatives. Can be used on its own or in tea, milk or with bakery items. You might not like the taste initially but if you have researched on the molasses and determined to get it into your system, you won’t mind the taste after a while.Keep these products refrigerated to avoid from spoiling.

As you can see from the pics the seal was not proper and some of the product had leaked in transport. Luckily since the bottles were shrink wrapped the liquid did not spread around in the box. Taste wise it's nice though a bit too sweet and not runny consistency as compared to other BSMs. Cost wise definitely high especially since this is directly from the manufacturer. Also, the FREE gur saunf mentioned in the description wasn't sent, or did I read it wrong?Overall, would not buy again unless the price is revised to acceptable value. An ok ok product from a sugar manufacturer.... Had expected much better from them. Guess it's best suited to selling sugar only
