Advantages
The bottle came in a good package. They did the best - plastic seal wrap on the lid, bubble wrap on the bottle. Still was a solid piece of rock when I opened it. It absorbed moisture and became so tough to get out of the bottle. I used everything from a spoon, knife, screwdriver to break pieces to get it out but they were soggy chunks. Then I grated those chunks with a microplane zester to use. That's when it worked. So I think they need to rework the storage/ transportation time. Perhaps silica gel packs (food grade friendly) would help to avoid this. Besides that, great idea for the flavour. I liked the flavour a lot but sadly had to throw away the rest of it. Too time consuming to salvage from a rock state of product.
