It’s got the perfect woody smoky barbecue flavour. But it disappears in 30mins, which is a huge disappointment! So you can’t use it a sauce and then bake, because by the time it’s done with baking the smoky flavour is gone. The consistency is like water, which is like most essences. But the disappearing flavour is just not okay. You need to add it like a garnish just before serving, keep the food covered and then probably you will get some favour while eating. Otherwise go the desi way of using charcoal smoke.... at least that stays. Using this while cooking /baking / grilling is just a waste.

I had high hopes for this product - mainly cuz it had a Smokey smell while in the bottle. However, when I added some to the pan at the very end of cooking after I turned the stove off (based on other reviews suggestions) - And mixed and then had the food immediately - ZERO smokey flavor. Not worth it - if the entire point of the product is lost :-(. If there is a different way to use this product - I would appreciate ANY suggestions

Ordered the Hickory BBQ Liquid Smoke Flavor. Was hunting for the same Liquid flavor to bake pork BBQ ribs as well as make a smokey BBQ sauce. The aroma itself was amazing and when I used it in the sauce and on the ribs, the taste was too good. I simply put a few drops and used my finger to coat the surface before I applied the dry rub seasoning powder. The taste turned out just like any good restaurant. The baked meat and sauce was a superb hit at home and everyone's asking when am I preparing it again. It's definitely a must have if you want a smoked flavor (hickory bbq) and don't have access to a smoker or grill. Also imported brands were over 1500 and this was absolutely value for money at this price, so would definitely recommend it. You won't be disappointed. I plan on using this flavor for my next round of baked cheese cake, so add some smokey flavor. Hope you found this review Helpful!

This product is incredible! It is a new staple at our house. You can add it to anything and it will add so much flavor! The tiny bottle will last a long time because you only need a couple of drops for each dish. It is worth trying. Adds a nice Smokey/ grill/ charcoal flavor to food.
