Its granules are neither too small nor too big which helps them to quickly dissolve in hot water. Its apt for baking bread and pizza base.As I am new to baking bread at first I was reluctant for using it but I have to admit I got the bread dough perfect with the help of this yeast from the very first day.It's also important to store the yeast in the fridge after usage.
