The product quality is really great. I ordered it, and this works really well for baking as well as in other stuffs. One advice I would give is, instead of directly putting this in your dough, activate this yeast with milk and sugar for 10-15 minutes and then add it in your dough. You will definitely see the difference in results and by doing this the dough becomes really soft. On the other hand, if used directly, the result is not much great and the dough becomes dense. Hence, it best to activate this yeast before and then use it.

Advantages

I am a seasoned bread baker and purchased this yeast instead of my usual. It does work, but I seem to have to use more than I'm used to. It works, just not the best - in my opinion.
