This product is good for moms of small infants and toddlers. It smell really good(saffrony) . U can put into halwa, cakes, kheer, chillas, parathas, rotis etc. kids didn't even notice and they eat good.Good to go( if u don't have time to dry roast nuts and grind own ur own)
