This is the best freshest tastiest Thai Red Curry paste, even better than what Amazon sells in the US. Wonder why ? Thailand is after all 2 hr 45 mins flight from India I guess. But I have taken this container to US by flight due to its freshness, it is very different compared to the US container. We love thai veg curry, best with lots and lots of Brinjal and peas. That is my favorite thai curry! Thank you Amazon!

I generally use paste to make my Thai Curry & this time around when the product came on Daily Deal, i decided to try out 'almost ready' curry & see how it taste. And, I Loved this tinned Thai Red Curry. All was good with it - 1. the consistency was correct (neither too thick nor too thin) 2. it wasn't spicy for me (the green curry paste that I use is more spicy then this) 3. just had to put chicken (400-500 gms) & vegetables of my choice and availability (i prefer to use potatoes, beans, brinjal)
