I'm so happy I came across this. I was sceptical if this would actually hold well in cooking/baking. I got this to substitute maida for my pancakes. And to my surprise this turned out like heaven . The banana flavour was amazing. Though I make the pancake with ragi flour and this Banana flour mixed, it tuned out great. Prize though should be lesser, like around ?100-150 be okay.
