Guys this keto atta has 506 calories per 100 gram and you need atleast 50-60gm atta to make 2 rotis. Thats a lot of calories from just rotis. Its better to just eat the sabzi without any roti than going for this if youre trying to lose weight on keto.

It tastes bitter after a while and the cocunut spoils the taste. I had it for sometime, now even if i imagine its taste , i feel nauseatic. Maybe its a good product , but needs improvement in taste. Also i noted that since i'm gluten intolorrent, having roti made out of this triggered the same symptoms. Probably because wheat is used in this.

It is very easy to knead the dough if you use warm water and some ghee or coconut oil. You may also add some vegetables. Put the chapati or parantha on moderately hot tawa (avoid roti tawa) and cook on medium heat. Sharing picture of methi & 1/4 aloo ka parantha I made today. The final product tastes closer to missi roti.
