The first 6 months I purchased this, all was fine. I was very impressed with the quality of the flour and its ability to not raise my insulin as there is no gluten in the product.However, the last 2 purchases (across last 2 months) have not been as satisfactory as before. The end result chapatis don't taste the same and aren't delivering the same digestion quality I found earlier. Consistency in quality is sorely missed in such an expensive product.
