1.Quality of the rice is too poor to buy at this cost... Black rice is beneficial only if it's consumed as a whole grain. This pack had almost broken rice which is of no use2.Shocked to see bugs in the rice when I opened the pocket immediately afr delivered..Now I understand why this product comes under non refundable category. Amazon shouldn't encourage such bad quality sellers which in long-term affects it's own credibility
