After adding a tablespoon of this product, as you can see my whole wheat bread, came out pretty good. Before this I was adding all purpose flour (maida) to get similiar results. The only thing I had to tweak was water content. Rather than adding 1 cup, I had to add a little over 2 cups. I am very pleased with this product.

I use it with whole wheat commercial atta, because earlier, my bread loaves just didn't have bubbles in them. Since I added a little of this vital wheat gluten, the bread has risen a bit more, and there are small bubbles. Not as big as I had hoped, but maybe I need to experiment more with my method, rising time, temperature, etc.
