Bought smaller packet initially and turns out to be a nice deal. It really help stomach in curing basic issues, but should be consumed for onger time to see consistent results. Millets are anyways better to consume than grains.

Atta is good but the trader sent rat eaten packet for me when I ordered 10kg 5 kg each one of the packet was rat eaten before that also I had ordered 5 kg Ikg each 2 of them were torn and the atta was all over the place .Trader should b utmost careful as not to send damaged or insects and rats eaten packets they must value the money we pay.as physically we can't select the product. Most importantly we have to consume it. Can't return also.Be credible and trust worthy.
