This is good. I dont normally recommend diets . and trust me no diet would work without proper workout. But for me I was overweight and this really helped me in knocking last few kgs of stubborn fat. I play and workout a lot if it is normal wheat like ashirwad or any other I comfortably eat over 6 -7 chapatis per meal before i feel full. with this flour My tummy says done in maximum 3 chapatis. 4 are really extra. . being rich in high fiber carbs this slowly releases energy over a period of time not instantaneously. attaching a b4 after pic for your ref.

When I open the packet of aata I don’t like the colour of the atta it looks more like fast wala aata, but when I ate it for the first time I swear to god my stomach feels so much lighter, I ate this for 2 days and I must say this is so best and very lite for stomach and very good for my my system. It will helps in reduction of weight and helps in improve your System for inside

Multi grain atta okay as per mentioned diff diff grains but main issue is roti very hard cant consume it , itna hard ki roti aap ko khane ka dil ni karega , after purchasing this daily my mother taunts me cause it was really very hard chappati's

I used to buy at dmart for 35/- per kg (mrp was 70 odd), suddenly dmart stopped selling it, then i seached in Silkrute found that price was now 125/-!! Hell of an hike!! Quality was good when i bought at dmart. This time i ordered from Silkrute, quality has reduced. There are fine sand particles in the flour, which is very irritating. I suggest the company to resolve the matter. Please whatever the quality issues are sort them out. Overall average and price hike not justified.
