It's an acquired taste, so be aware. I like it because it's not melt in your mouth like polished rice, and has its distinct flavour and feel.The rice takes time to cook. In a pressure cooker with 3x water I have to give 3 whistles to get a nice chewy consistency.South Indian people who've eaten parboiled rice will like it, I am sure. The rest will have to decide for themselves.I had an excellent shopping experience with this seller.

The rice is too dirty, when washed it feels so much dirt is there and there were dead black illies in the rice, I had to throw the entire rice in dustbin because of the amount of black worms, I will never order again

Excellent crop, very reasonably priced, this is what one wishes to have, as far as authentic taste of brown rice goes. What makes it even better is that it is properly sorted so there are no small pebbles left which you would be picking if you were to buy something in a similar quality and price. Taste is as genuine as you are gonna find in a brown rice. So all in all excellent food in more than value for money rate.
