Desi Cow Ghee is known as the golden medicine of Ayurveda. It is sometimes referred to as ¬Åclarified butter¬, as all of the milk solids have been removed from it. GavyaMart Pure Bilona Desi Cow Ghee is form the method used in previous yugas, is to make curd from whole milk. Then churn it to separate makhan from it and then boil it to get Ghee. This is called whole milk ghee and it is the costliest but has all medicinal properties of Desi cowmilk. To manufacture 1 kg of such ghee, it takes approximate 35 liters of Desi cow milk. The only bi product is chaas (no milk is left as it is converted into curd). So this method is expensive.

Ghee looks different in different season, this is my third order and we also make our own ghee in home using malai or cream but that doesn't remain liquid on room temperature as this ghee remain, and it also tatse good. We should only eat or drink ghee which doesn't clogged our veins or arteries and this that ghee.

Didn't feel it was desi cow ghee neither bilona........It's not horrible but it's not that good for the price.... I bought it thinking it's a bit cheaper than other similar products but it was a mistake I made to save 300rs. Earlier I bought pure ayurved vedic ghee which was around 1900something rs/ liter and really liked it.... Vedic one was a bit costly than this one but worth it. Next time I'll pay 300 or 400 rs extra but won't buy this one..sorry

Came to know about this product after the suggestion of fittuber.... impressed with its claim of preparation I ordered this product despite its price. Colour is nice yellow...aroma is okay. Taste is also good. But pure ghee turns brownish tint when melted in the hot pan. But it remains the same plain colour. This arises some doubt about its purity.

Beautiful yellow colour. Nice taste. Recommended. Find Kankrej and Sahiwal cow ghee the best . Price is a bit high that stops me from buying regularly. At 12 1300 it would be the go to choice. Reviewing after a while. LOVE THIS GHEE. VERY NICE TASTE AND TEXURED. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. WISH PRICE WAS A BIT LOWER

I'm trying this ghee for first time and its very best and purest ghee I have ever experienced. Ghee smell is very pleasant even my kids loves it in their meal.
