The bottle came securely packed to ensure the glass bottle is intact. The texture of ghee is thick and rich. The fragrance of the ghee is not too strong. The smell and taste of the ghee is very good. Overall highly recommended for a good economically priced desi cow ghee.

I really appreciate the fact that Gavyamart Pure Bilona Desi Cow Ghee is from the method used in previous yugas, is to make curd from whole milk. Then churn it to separate Makhan from it and then boil it to get Ghee. This is called Bilona Desi Ghee. It is easy to digest and flavourful. Highly recommended for your kitchen.

Unlike the so-called ghee from brands like Patanjali, Amul, Anik, etc., which becomes very hard in winters, this one remains soft, indicating the genuineness of bilona ghee (lower melting point than body temperature). Liked the aroma. If it were more granular, I would have liked it more. Gets digested easily, as mentioned in Ayurvedic texts. The color of ghee is a bit pale compared to the bright yellow one posted on Amazon webpage.
