I was not at all aware of this Kodo Millets, till I bought it from Silkrute. When we cooked and had, it was just like Rice. There's no difference at all. But being a Millet, it is far superior in Nutrition. I liked so much to that I am planning to shift from Rice to Kodo Millets as staple food.
