I suspect it's coloured sugar ,because when I made a lime juice , normally lime juice colour is white but when I added this sugar ,lime juice colour became light orange.

It's not brown sugar. It's down colored white sugar, just tried with normal water along with spices. It decolored and became white... So please don't buy this product. People who don't believe, buy and try as I said.
