This is 100% jaggery powder with jaggery as a sole ingredient. It is an excellent alternative to the sugar though you have to use a bit more of it as it doesn't taste as sweet as sugar . Only thing I didn't like is that it only comes in 2 sizes of 500 gm and 700 gm which is a bit troublesome as I go through one jar of it in a week or two and I have to buy it frequently . It would really help if they can make it in 1 kg and 5 kg sizes so we can buy in bulk and it would be also environment friendly as less plastic will be used for packaging. Other than that i have no issues and i would recommend using this brand. Using jaggery powder instead of sugar has so many health benefits that I think everyone should incorporate this in their diet and ditch sugar completely.

Using this product since past three years, quality is now deteriorating, received old packaging, dark chocolate color of jaggery and a different aroma shows it's old stock.... Should maintain the quality n standard of the brand.
