The cashew is really nice. It seems a bit too dry but the freshness is intact .It's crunchy thanks to the zip pouch we don't have to allocate a container to store it.The 250gms packs are nice and handy. It's definitely a good value for money ??

Cashew nuts received were stale. Not at all crisp. Contacted Silkrute who said that quality issue can be addressed only by manufacturer . Contacted manufacturer by sending email. He has not responded at all. Item cannot be returned, so stuck with 1kg of useless cashew nuts. Purchased cashew nuts of Spicy Carte and Touchstone last year. They were good. I could have stuck to them but got carried away by positive reviews for this item. I think there is no point in ordering such things from Silkrute or online in general. Better to spend a little more time and money and buy from local store. Lesson learnt the hard way. Will never order anything online that is non-returnable, or where expiry date mattersEdited to Add. Seller contacted me after I left a seller feedback. Claimed that they never received any email from me. Before I contacted seller, I had opened only 1 out 4 packets of 250gm each. They persuaded me to open the balance of the three packets. These 3 packets were not as stale as the first one, however they were also not sufficiently crisp. When I had opened the first packet, I had found that the number of cashews was 110. In W180 grade, there should be 99 cashews in 250grams. I ignored that because there can be differences from packet to packet. However, when I opened the other 3 packets, I found every packet had 110 cashews on average. This itself makes it clear that the cashews being sent are more like W200 rather than W180.I purchased a packet of W180 cashews from local market and found the taste to be much superior as well as count to be 102. Seller says that they have been selling cashews for 62 years and are among the most reputed sellers. Seller claimed that he had re-checked the lot from which cashews had been sent to me and found quality to be good. However, seller had no answer about why there should be 110 cashews instead of 99 in all four packets. The seller said that I was trying to create an issue for the sake of creating an issue because I had not mentioned count of cashews in my initial complaint. The item is un-returnable to Silkrute. I had offered to send the packets back to seller directly on my own before I had opened the rest of the three packets. Once the packets were opened on seller's insistence, that option was no longer meaningful. The seller offered to send a packet of 250gm as replacement for the first packet that I found more stale than others. The seller had no answer to how every packet had 110 cashews. I refused this offer as I found much better taste and quality in cashews available locally. Just because it was being offered free did not mean that I would want to consume sub-standard stuff.
