1. The dates are sticky, literally wet with the sweet substance (sugar/jaggery/????) coating .2. Horrible & extremely sweet, overpowering of the natural taste of dates.3. Some of them are not hygienic, because on opening you can see they are sort of infected/spoiled4. You can see them almost in 4-5 shades5. Extremely surprised that Amazon sells such third rate products; never expected.6. One of the two packets opened & wrapper thrown; kindly advise how should I return?7. No replacement, full money should be refunded.8. What is the mechanism at Amazon to ban or reprimand such sellers?9. Pl provide a 'zero' option in star rating of the product

Poor product. Has a sugary or syrupy flavour. It appears as though the dates have been treated with something before it was packed. We buy dates from other brands and they taste better. We feel cheated. Please don't buy this stuff.
