The product is heavily compromised. It is mixed with sand granules, and the water did turn a light muddy brown after the seeds were kept soaked in it for a while. I will admit that like anyone else I was looking for chia seeds in low budget given what financial conditions are like today but ended up realising saving up on cost is a huge mistake one can make where health is concerned! The picture of the sand granules I submitted to Amazon directly. After drinking the seeds, the water left a good amount of irritation in my throat for a considerable amount of time post! I have also thrown the entire lot in the bin, albeit I have lost on the amount spent but which is a lesson learnt. I always go by the reviews but this time the reviews did trick me. Either the company has its people writing the reviews, or paying people to write which is quite evident as bespoken of by others. Finally, the label of the company on the cover says- "Good for weight lose."-- a huge give away for a fraud company. Misspelling the word "loss" in weight loss , and that on the brand label is something established companies will never do!
