Without opening the package I realized that there was leakage and the bottle must have cracked somewhere. There was no hassle immediately my money was credited thru gift card by Amazon. The problem is on opening the wrapping (to segregate dry and wet waste) I found the seal was tampered with. Loosely fitted and the lid was slightly crooked. This is a serious issue. Though I have received my money I think it is my moral responsibility to bring it to your notice.
