Directions for Preparation: 1. Boil 500 ml water in a pan. 2. Add 200 gms of Tikhat Shira mix and stir well. 3. Put lid and let it cook for 5 minutes. Tip: Garnish with lemon juice & coriander leaves while serving. Microwave: Take 1 unit of Tikhat Shira & 2.5 unit of water. Microwave it for 3.5 min at high temperature.
