Advantages
1. Because they don't add extra sugar and salts, this peanut butter tastes a little bland but it's healthier. 2. The consistency is a little runny than other non-organic products which I guess is due to not using hydrogenated vegetable oil which thicks things up. Something I'm absolutely OK with given the alternative. 3. The price at which it is being sold is still economical than other non-healthy options in the market. I'll give it a 5 star!

(1)Take 2 slices of whole grain bread ...If you have a toaster then toast it ...if not then just use it as it is. (2) then spread 1.5 teaspoon evenly and add chopped banana or apple and eat it in break fast.. You can also make its shake. It tastes very good + no sugar + no artificial flavours + low on calorie diet.... The only downside is that it is packaged in plastic which is non degradeble ...Hope they will focus on it.

This is a pure peanut butter with literally nothing but 100% peanut it's really good for your health since it has literally no sugar, but you have to add something extra like honey or some bananas while having it with a toast otherwise you won't like it!
