Perfect for roasting over an open flame or frying. Great taste. Its thickness (and probably moisture content) is optimum. It doesn't burn too quickly and instead puffs up becomes perfectly crunchy while roasting on gas. Good product .... Accidently stumbled upon it and I am stumped!
