  • It is made by mixing Fresh Cheese tapioca starch corn starch and water. The mixture is rolled out steamed and sliced. In a Traditionally way to achieve maximum crispiness these crackers are sun-dried.

Frying Directions In Oil : For best results don't fry too many of them at once and have a wire basket ready to quickly remove them from the hot oil. Heat oil to medium hot taking care that fumes are not emitted. If oil is excess hot the meat contents inside the crackers will be burnt which spoils the taste. We get best results when deep-frying 3 - 4 crackers at a time. Ideally consumed within a few hours of being fried or Can also be stored in a airtight bag and consumed in next 3 4 Days. Best Savoured with Sweet Garlic or Hot Garlic Sauce.

Fried these straight out of the packet the day it arrived. Fries up quickly in 1-2 minutes. Size of each cracker is 2 inches and it is thinner as compared to the bigger red-border prawn crackers that are served at Indo-Chinese restaurants. Flavour wise it is okay.

I was doubtful about the taste, but when I fried it, it tasted absolutely yummy. It has a strong prawn flavour to it. Can be eaten with rice, biriyani, pulao or chapathi as Pappad. I would order more flavours. My whole family loved it. ??

I must say that this is the best cracker I have ever had in my life so far, the taste is amazing and is mouth watering, the minute you put these in your mouth, it starts to do wonders with its precise crisp and cracking taste throttling down your throat all the way till happiness. I have tried other products of same kind and none of them are even close to Vinanth enterprise garlic crackers. The thinness of it is further more amazing makes you wonder how can a manufacturer do such an amazing cracker at such precise and even cutting for all those that are packed in its packet. All in all, it is definitely an amazing product worth trying. Hence 5 out of 5. Thanks Vinanth Enterprises Happy cracking all!!!
