It's rather tasty for a protein supplement; and there's no side effects. A healthy snack for anyone who goes to the gym/does strenuous work and does not wish to lose more weight then they already have. I highly recommend this.Edit: Noticed it's been "unavailable" on Silkrute for quite a long time. Please bring it back as I would love to purchase another pack. Almost done with mine, would like to continue purchasing, as I'm sure many others would like as well.
