How to make: - Make a paste of Suhana Kadai Chicken Mix with 100ml water. - Marinate chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste for 15-20 minutes and saute for 12-15 minutes on a medium flame with 2 tbsp butter. Keep aside. - Heat oil in a frying pan add chopped tomato and cook for 4-5 minutes or till oil oozes out. Add the paste and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Add remaining water and cook for 3-4 minutes till gravy starts thickening. - In another pan heat 2 tbsp of butter. Add onion Saute for 2 minutes followed by addition of capsicum and sauted for 2 minutes followed by addition of capsicum and sauted chicken. Cook for 1-2 minutes. - Add above gravy mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes till gravy thickens. - Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
