This product has a nice tangy lemon flavor but too much pepper as well as some chilli flakes in a buillon base. Its a very good marinade for chicken. I haven't used it on other meat. The product is packaged well and the container is filled up to the brim, I like that. The product arrived on time too. The 3 rating is because the description doesn't say its spicy. A comibination of pepper and chilli will make anything quite spicy.
