Great product! You shouldn’t be twisting it just clockwise or just anticlockwise. The method is to twist anticlockwise for about 30° and immediately clockwise 30°. The motion should be like you’re trying to close and open, close and open.

Bought it in February and liked it initially. Easy to use comes filled with pepper 50gm. Has glass body with plastic crusher part. Worked well for 2months but now it's broken.(inspite of the fact that the usage was infrequent and very careful handling)

I love this product! If u ever need a pepper grinder, this is the one you should buy. Value for money is 100% ! And it is also refillable so another bonus point. Easy to use and good instructions too! Only thing to be careful about is not to drop it. Since it's made of plastic, dropping it from a height can break the tips of the grinder (I broke my cover haha but still usable)
