* Good quality red chilly (lal mirch) powder.* Finely ground* Brilliant red colour. Adds natural red colour and makes food look good.* Mildly hot* Contains up to 2% mustard oil as per box content. But you don't feel it and powder is almost dry. Mustard oil is a natural ingredient added to spices as a preservative.* Thanks to Amazon we are able to get items from all over India with ease. These company is from Alwar Rajasthan and Chilli ingredients from Kashmir. I wish seller joins or adds their products to the Amazon Prime shipping so that we don't have to pay extra for shipping. Otherwise happy with the purchase.

Brilliant Red - Mildly Hot Chilli Powder

I have purchased this along with some other items,The chilli powder is medium spicy , so we can use it in our regular dishes, it is good for North Indians as most of us can't handle much spicy food.The colour is simply natural, so I can say that no artificial color is added, it have good odour and makes the food color red... YumMY..

I ordered this product for Rs 53/- (100 g) and following are my observations.Pros:+ This chilli powder is not very spicy and will be appreciated by those who do not like their food too spicy.+ Gives an appealing red colour to the dal like we see in restaurants. (Refer to the pic)+ Has a best before 12 months and the pack I received is just two weeks old so that's excellent, the package was properly sealed and no leaks. (SELLER - Ciba Spices)Cons:- None noticed so far* This product has delivery charges. To lower the delivery charges I ordered 8 masalas from the same seller costing 500/- and had to pay a delivery fees of 200/-. Delivery time took 5 days for me.Hopefully the seller in future comes under 'amazon fulfilled' category to solve these issues.=======VERDICT=======This is a product review and the rating is entirely based for the product (not the external factors like shipping fees etc) and for me this is a 5 star product for the mild tasty chilli. This is the 2nd spice am trying from CIBA and both have been excellent, mild flavor not overpowering the dish.

The colour looks very red and makes the curry well colourful however, the spiciness is comparatively lesser and good for kids. Even up on sniffing this powder, I did not feel any irritation like we get on regular ones!. I really recommend this powder for those needs. The pricing could be better and Delivery time could be shorter. Hope my review is useful, check my attached pictures how reddish it is!
