I always use Kashmiri laal mirch to make my curries appealing with color. And it gives perfect red colour. Not so spicy. If u put more to increase spiciness, it will give become another taste.

Cooking is my new found hobby, during this Covid times and work from home days. I was searching for a way to add a bit of natural nice red color to my recipes. Wifey suggested that besides the normally available red chilli powder, I can consider using Everest Kashmirilal - which is marked as Brilliant Red Chilli Powder. Indeed it worked. Flavor came out good but more than that I loved the color. I suggest you use mirchi, that is the normal one 50% for taste and Kashmirilal 50% for color. I am sure your recipes will turn out to be best. Will share pics of recipe very soon. Packaging - 5/5 (Box was perfect) Delivery - 5/5 (On time) Verdict - Surely recommended. Go for it Thank you :)
