The flavour and aroma of hand compounded Hing simply puts you into a good mood. The taste can be felt in your dish afterwards, believe me I never felt the soft cooked flavour of Hing like this before. Either it was too weak to be detected or it just overpowered the dish. The product is costly but the quality makes up for it. And if you are a foodie, you cannot leave an important ingredient to industrial manufactures. So go ahead and give it a shot.

I ordered Tassyam Hingwale Premium for the first time just for a lark, hoping to get my hands on something slightly better than the plastic-cup fillee hing available in my neighbourhood supermarkets.What I got was hing far, far superior to anything else I’d seen. The aroma is tantalising, the flavour a proof of the product’s freshness and premium lineage; and the icing on the cake- the packaging and the helpfully provided spoon inside. Superb stuff!
