Well it tastes great but I feel these are kind of huge chunks rather than flakes. Not a huge deal though, but sometimes I crush them with my mortar and pestle before using. I like to sprinkle some on my chocolate chip cookies. The packaging is great because it’s resealable and the value is good because this is a really big bag and will last a long time.

Sodium Content is wrongly advertised.In the pictures in the Ad, the content of Sodium is said to have 9.5%, but in the pack received, it is said as 38%.I bought this Salt only for the low sodium content and now I am cheated.I need a quality replacement as advertised or need refund of my money

These are NOT flakes. These are salt crystals, similar to rock salt crystals. The packaging says they are delicate flakes and nothing could be further from the truth. This salt cannot be used as a finishing salt. You can use it to boil pasta or add it to gravies. You can’t use it for marinades and salads, unless you want to bite into chunky salt. Disappointed because this is not what I wanted but the description on the packaging mislead me.

Disadvantages
Here is an item that clearly misguides the consumer. The item states that the product is "sea salt flakes" whereas what you get are chunky sea salt crystals. Clearly this manufacturuer has no idea what sea-salt flakes are and why they are so desired by chefs around the world.
