Himalayan Pink Salt makes an attractive alternative to familiar table salt but unlike them it is free of chemic that are used to stop table salt from caking. contains many minerin trace amounts but it is potassium, magnesium and calcium that contribute to its richer flavour which means that you dont have to use much at all to season food. I've been using pink salt for quite a while now. This time around I switched to Truefarm Himalayan Pink Salt & I'm quite happy with it. It's organic and clean and has a great taste as well. Try it once, they're good. Used it for making Lemonade & it was yumm!

As much as the health benefits of pink salt are impressive...Truefarm ensures the perfect texture and flavor too!! Updated comment: Subsequent to my feedback they sent their sample for testing and furnished a report to me. They hv offered to collect my leftover packets and refund. I understand that these natural salts come with some non soluble residue and these are perhaps not added adulterations. Having said that one may get gravel in food owing to these. The best way to use pink salt is to dissolve in water and use the clear portion, avoid the sediments. It’s a task but those who are keen should do so. I hv also suggested to Truefarm that it may be good to put this information on their package so people don’t suspect them of adulteration. Original comment: This is an adulterated product. They hv mixed red sand to make it look like pink salt. I spent 1000/- and now cannot return as Amazon policy does not allow i don’t know why. Amazon should not even . Should report them with sample to BIS and FSSAI - PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. I had been using and had been complaining to my cook of gravel in food suspecting various ingredients but did not suspect this salt. Today i noticed the deposit at the bottom of my glass of chaas and was horrified.
