My personal suggestions please dont buy this product. I am using nature vit basil seeds and mishri for a month now. seeds are smells expired and their is too much impurities with seeds. it taste very bad and you may have to remove those impurities while consuming which is very frustrating. Its better to buy it in local store nearest you which you can return if find defective. secondly Mishri is not pure. The composition is not mension on the package but I am pretty sure they have added Milk proteins in it. So advice to not buy mishri also, Who are allergic to milk product. My note to natureVit- stop Fooling peoples by advertising that your product are natural. Your products are as worse as your name.
