Obviously the complaint was regarding produce defects and seller, but this was not at all appreciated by Silkrute staff who avoided main issues. Must say that a very smaller e-marketer like Blinkit has much better customer friendly approach and speedy disposal than Silkrute who lost 18 customers by this kind of dealing.

Bournville is my only fav.dark chocolate that I've been eating since 5-6years,I guess....It was not available in market so I ordered from Silkrute even after reading so may negative reviews. But thankfully,I dint face anything lyk that. Chocolates are at their best and packaging date is 10/2020. Only prblm is that its mentioned 100gm each when I clicked the image but shows 80gms in the order n on the product pack too. Rest, taste of the chocolate is exactly wat I've been tasting before. I think one must try this and if incase you face any issue then customer service is always there to help you. I got a deal of 425/- for 5chocolates ...Better than the market but now its ava.for 400/- ?? ?? Go for it !
