My 3rd order of this. I use it everyday in my shake along with whey protein powder to make a post workout milk shake. It masks the taste of unflavoured whey and plain milk really nicely. If you add a teaspoon and a half in your drink, you don't need to add sugar.

So happy my family's favorite range of health products are now on Amazon!! My son loves Ojasvita...and with good reason. He has been drinking the regular health drinks in the market for years and I started giving him Ojasvita just about 2 years ago. Since then we have seen a noticeable difference in his height and general health and stamina. Happy that I don't need to go back to the chemical-ridden 'formulae' anymore that left us no alternative when we were kids, but that my children can now grow up on an ayurvedic health drink to complement an overall holistic way of life. The product came in good packaging directly from the Bangalore ashram too!:):)
