Massage it into your scalp and leave on for 5 minutes before washing out thoroughly with shampoo and conditioner. For skin & body: This oil is known for both of their amazing scent and their therapeutic properties. You can use this oil for skin and body gently rub the oil into the area such as your temples wrists and third eye. You can also use the oils to massage your feet and place a few drops around your nose as well as diluted with a carrier oil and applied to the skin. How to use: Take a few drops of this oil and apply to the crown of your head behind the ears to your neck and to your temples. If the aroma of an oil is too strong or your skin is sensitive you can dilute it with a carrier oil and apply it directly your skin. Mix 2 or 3 drops of the essential oil into a tablespoon of carrier oil. Essential oils are highly concentrated and must be diluted. Massage the mixture into the scalp vigorously for 2 to 3 minutes.

I would like to add that I have been with delighted with the results since using your products. I have suffered with 'problem' skin since my teenage years, along time ago now! and continue to suffer, I'm now mid fifties. These products are beautiful to use and smell divine. They are also very different in texture to any other (much more expensive I would add!) products I have used but so far I have seen a big improvement in my skin and have not suffered any breakouts.

Please do not waste your time and money on this product. Does smell like when you enter into ayurveda shop. Smell is not long lasting at least half n hour. Not original product. The liquid is green colour. Very disappointed with the product.
